Tuvalu (Hetalia OC Work in Progress)

Ugh I'm so inactive and have so many started pictures and stories on my computer that are sitting there yelling at me. This was one of them. I'm working on a Hetalia OC for my Tumblr RP (Because apparently 3 blogs isn't enough) XD. I'm doing research on the country right now, to make sure I get all of the details right before I post a bio, but if someone could just give me CONSTRUCTIVE criticism on how she looks right now that would be great while I'm in the process of rebuilding her.
(It's a real country btw! Just look it up. It's beautiful really.)
Her outfit is the colors of their flag, and the 9 (You can't see them all, but there's nine yellow "tassles" or whatever you call them on, her skirt represent the nine stars on the flag.
Umm, I think that's all for right now, I'll be redrawing her later so anything you can help me with on her design (Not how she's drawn, this was a rough drawing, but her overall design) that would be great. Thanks!
